Event Information:
CONVERTIBLES: All convertibles without aftermarket rollover protection must be pre-approved, please contact us if this applies to you.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES: Spring Mountain does not currently allow EV's on track. Apologies for any inconvenience.
PAYMENT: If you are paying by Pay Pal, please make sure that your payment is received 2 days after your registration date, or you may lose your reservation.
SPECIAL FUEL NOTICE: Spring Mountain will not have fuel on the premises; please plan on bringing your own. We are working on potentially pre-ordering fuel and will update drivers with this once determined. Alternatively, there are local options in-town.
LOCATION: Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch is located at 4767 S Highway 160, Pahrump, NV 89048. NOTE: All drivers must remain at or en route to the Charleston Peak portion of the facility only.
GATE HOURS/FEES: Everyone entering the facility will be charged $20 at the gate, good for the entire weekend. Friday Load-In will begin no earlier than 4:30pm, and the gates will be staffed 24-hours.
EVENT SCHEDULE: A full schedule will be emailed out a day or two before the event and provided at registration when you check-in.
CAMPING/OVERNIGHT STAY: Dry Paddock Camping is available, and you may leave items overnight on Friday and Saturday night. Please note the restrooms and showers will close at 9pm, but portable restrooms will be available at all times.
FOOD & WATER: We will have a food truck available for breakfast and lunch both days, but strongly recommend bringing extra fluids to stay hydrated. Local options are also available in town.
CAR NUMBERS are a must, at least 10” tall, located on both sides AND the back of your vehicle. This is mandatory for all cars. You can make up a 3-digit number (no 1's and only one 7 allowed in the number) - we will notify you if it is in use by another driver at the track.
TOW HOOKS that are strong and can be pulled from multiple angles are highly recommended. If you do not have a tow hook on the front and rear of your car, please have one installed or figure out a tow point (for both front and rear) that we can use to pull you out of deep sand from difficult angles. Speed Ventures will not be responsible for damage done to your car due to the towing process - this is part of the risk you assume when participating in a Speed Ventures event. Due to the deep sand at WeatherTech Raceway and the need to occasionally tow from difficult angles, tow points are critical for this event.
The TECH FORM is a must-have at the event. It is an online form sent with the full pre-event details. For reference the PDF version is here: http://www.speedventures.com/events/tech.pdf
There is also a track event checklist available if you're not sure what you should bring: https://www.speedventures.com/Events/trackchecklist.doc
