This event is open to all Volkswagen owners/drivers. All are welcome to attend the event as guests and spectators.
There is a $10 gate fee for everyone, including drivers and guests.

LODGING: Our host hotel is the Palmdale Hotel, located at 300 West Palmdale Blvd., Palmdale, CA 93551. The Palmdale Hotel is a very nice hotel. It has a nice pool and hot tub area and a fitness room. The Speed Ventures deal is great: $69/night (1-2 people) or $138/night for a 2-room suite. Included in your price are 2 drink coupons for the bar and a full breakfast! Reservations must be made over the phone (661) 273-1200. Please state that you are with SPEED VENTURES to get the discount!
Willow Springs Motorsports Park is located at 3500 75th Street West in Rosamond, CA. Take the Rosamond Blvd exit off the 14 freeway and proceed west for six miles until you reach the track entrance. Please enter through the second (main) gate you reach coming from the 14 freeway. Please note that there is a $10/person gate fee charged by the track for all entrants (including spectators).
3). Please SHOW UP AT THE TRACK by 7:000am. Check-in will begin at 7:00am and end at 8:00am. Our drivers meeting typically begins at 8:00am (sometimes 7:40am for Advanced Group drivers). This meeting is MANDATORY for all drivers unless you have received prior clearance to miss it. PLEASE SHOW UP AT REGISTRATION BY 7:15am if you do not want to potentially miss your first run session of the day!
The SCHEDULE for the day (or weekend) is often not established until a few days before the event, therefore it is not included here. It will be provided at registration in the morning.
FOOD & DRINK: Speed Ventures provides a water dispenser with which you can refill your water bottle, canteen, cup, or other container. Please bring something to the track to refill water. The snack bar will be open for breakfast and lunch.
CAR NUMBERS: You must have car numbers, at least 8" tall, located on both sides and either the front or back of your vehicle. This is mandatory for all drivers. You can make up a 3-digit number - we will notify you if it is in use by another driver at the track. If you do not have numbers or tape, we will have tape available at the track which you can use.
TOW HOOKS or TOW POINTS are mandatory on the front of the car (rear is optional). It is your responsibility to make sure you have a tow hook or some tow point on the FRONT of your car that we can use to tow you off track. We are not responsible to damage done when attempting to pull you off track. If you are especially concerned about damage, make sure you have a tow point established on the rear of the car also.
The TECH FORM is a must-have at the event. It can be filled out and signed by you, your mechanic, or whoever is responsible for ensuring that your car is safe and sound for high speed performance driving.
